How do I redeem my Club Comfort discount online?

Simply register an account on our website here. During registration, make sure you tick the "I have read and accept Pillow Talk's privacy policy. I want to join Club Comfort and agree to receive exclusive offers, birthday discounts and news on the latest trends!" box. Note that if you don’t tick this box, you cannot create a Club Comfort account. Once completed, you’ll see the discounts applied to items in your bag. By signing up to Club Comfort you will receive all member benefits as well as email offers.

I'm a Club Comfort member in-store, how do I redeem my discount online?

To redeem you Club Comfort discounts online, you will need to register for an account on our website here. During registration, make sure you tick the ""I have read and accept Pillow Talk's privacy policy. I want to join Club Comfort and agree to receive exclusive offers, birthday discounts and news on the latest trends!" box. If you use the same email address as the one you provided in-store, your online and in-store accounts will merge as one. Once you have completed creating your online account, you’ll see the discounts applied to items in your bag.

Where do I enter my Club Comfort card number on the website?

Your Club Comfort card number is used in-store only and is not required on the website. We use the email address bound to your Club Comfort account. Not sure which email is associated to your card? Contact our customer care team and we can check for you.

What benefits do I receive if I am a Club Comfort member?

When you sign up to Club Comfort, you will receive a number of benefits, including:

- 15% off full-priced items on your first purchase after becoming a member

- 10% off full-priced items on each purchase

- 5% off already reduced items on each purchase

- VIP offers and exclusive access to flash sales

- 20% off birthday benefit

How do I receive marketing sales or exclusive notification emails?

If you already have an account online with us but do not receive marketing emails login to your account, then simply click on ‘my preferences’ to opt-in to receive emails.

What information do I have to provide in order to become a member?

In order to sign you up, we will take some details from you, including your name, email address, phone number and birthday. Once your account is created, you can go to ‘my preferences’ and opt into what types of communications you would like to receive and how often.

Are my personal details safe?

Does it cost me anything to become a member?

Club Comfort is completely free!

Do I need to carry a Club Comfort card to receive my benefits?

No, you don’t. If you would prefer not to bring your card with you, or forget to bring it with you, our helpful team members can look you up in our system to ensure you still receive your benefits.

How do I redeem my Club Comfort discounts in-store?

Simply present your card in-store (or let staff know that you’re a Club Comfort member) and your discounts will be automatically applied to your purchase. If you don’t have your card with you, we will simply look you up in our system.

How do I find out about new offers?

Any flash sales and special offers that we conduct will be promoted via email. If you don’t want to receive every email we send, you can opt to change the frequency of emails here.

I’ve lost my card! Can I have a replacement card issued?

You sure can! If your card becomes lost or damaged, simply let our staff in-store know and they can reissue your card for you. They will also disable your old card to keep your membership and personal details secure.
