At Pillow Talk, we strive to create an engaging and supportive environment for our Team Members who are the custodians of our customer journey, and the ambassadors of our love of comfort! We have a diverse and dynamic workforce that engages across our network, with each store and location contributing to, and sharing the Pillow Talk experience with their local community. We pride ourselves on being a contributing member of each community in which we operate and strive to be an employer of choice. In addition to the commitments we make to our employees, Pillow Talk is also committed to ensuring our suppliers are providing safe, clean and fair working conditions for their people. We make regular site visits to international suppliers and encourage them to undertake independent ethical audits. Additionally, Pillow Talks strives to do what is reasonably possible to ensure that we minimise the risk of contributing to modern slavery within our supply chain.
